The beginning of the process!
Fill out our contact form and let us know the date and location of your special day, along with the estimated guest count and any other details you'd like to share.
To get started, we ask for a retainer to secure your date—and the best part? Your tasting is on us!

TASTING
First, we’ll chat about the feel and vision you have for your wedding.
We’ll invite you to browse through our portfolio and share your inspiration while we listen to your ideas. As you sample our freshly made flavors, I’ll sketch your cake design on the spot, bringing your vision to life. We’ll discuss all the details until we’re completely happy with the final design.
You’ll choose flavors for your cake, but you’re never limited to just the ones you taste—you’re welcome to mix, match, add, and customize to your heart’s content!

PROPOSAL
Within one week of designing your wedding cake, we’ll send you a proposal that includes inspiration images, the sketch from our consultation, and a detailed description of the cake we’ve envisioned.
We consider the stand as part of the cake and have a limited collection of cake pedestals, you're also welcome to rent from our limited collection. If you don't see one you like, we're happy to outsource.
If you’d like to make any adjustments, including changes to the cake size, just let us know. We’re happy to accommodate updates up to four weeks before your event.

DELIVERY
Delivering your cake in perfect condition requires careful planning and attention to detail. In the weeks leading up to your event, I take into account key factors such as the venue setup, expected weather conditions, the stability of the cake table, the appropriateness of the cake stand, and how the overall design will be showcased.
While your planner may handle some of these logistics, they will ultimately depend on my expertise to ensure your cake is properly managed and that any potential challenges unique to your design are anticipated and addressed.
